Confidentiality All shipments are discreetly packaged in plain brown boxes, padded envelopes, or USPS supplied packaging. Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents. Shipping takes up to 5-10 business days for shipping within the U.S. and Canada. We will ship internationally but prices and shipping rates may increase. Please email us to inquire. Also, internationally shipping may take 10-15 business days, again, depending on where the item is being shipped to. No shipping to APO addresses is available at this time. Rocket Popp reserves the right to withhold shipping to any locations that may be a risk of the item being confiscated by local customs officials (see below).

Customs and Import Duties: You item may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Rocket Popp ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" and does not collect the VAT, duties or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur additional charges, they must be paid in order for your package to clear. Rocket Popp is not responsible for any confiscations by customs. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US. Packages returned to us as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

UPS deliveries may require the signature of the designated recipient; it is up to the drivers' discretion for particular drop-offs like businesses, secured apartment buildings, and certain routes. For special arrangements, please contact customer service. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, there are a couple of other options. You may ship your package to your workplace or the home of someone who is available during the day. When shipping to a business, we recommend writing “Personal and Confidential” in the reference field of the Shipping Information section. If selecting to ship your package to a third party, it is imperative that their name and address are used for the Shipping Information.

Privacy We will never sell, rent, or give any information about you or your order to any company or individual. If you ever receive any contact from us that you did not request, please email us at admin@rocketpopp.com with information about the email so that we can make sure you do not receive more unwanted messages.

We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. Please keep in mind that if you’ve moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We also require the CVV2 number from your card.
